Justification
A very localized species (EOO 133 km²), occurring at between six and eight locations and declining due to ongoing habitat loss to coastal development and competition from alien invasive plants.

Description
Seeps on sandstone flats and lower slopes.
Threats
Subpopulations on the coastal plain are threatened by ongoing habitat loss to coastal development. Plants on the Onrus and Kleinrivier mountains are threatened by competition from alien invasive plants.
