Population |
This taxon is only known from the type locality, where it was first collected in 1945, and relocated in 2010 (Hahn 2013). It is likely that more subpopulations exist in similar habitat elsewhere in the Magaliesberg, which remains relatively poorly explored due to its inaccessibility. The population is not suspected to be declining.
