EOO 2275 km², recorded from five subpopulations, two of which have been lost to wheat cultivation in the past, there is ongoing decline of this species' habitat due to invasive alien plant invasions.

Description
Loose sandy soil in lowlands.
Threats
This species' habitat has been partially transformed and fragmented by crop cultivation, and subpopulations surviving on fragments are currently declining due to competition from alien invasive plants.
