Range | Somewhat rarer than subsp. distans, and restricted to the northern border regions of South Africa, from about Vryburg to the northern regions of Limpopo Province, and southwards through the Mpumalanga Lowveld to Barberton. This subspecies also occurs in eastern Botswana and southern Zimbabwe. |
