Justification
Podalyria lanceolata has an extent of occurrence (EOO) of 343 km², and an area of occupancy (AOO) of less than 20km². It is known from five locations but suspected to occur at a few more. This species was only described in 2011 and is likely to be under collected. Its habitat is potentially vulnerable to invasion by invasive alien plants. It is listed as Near Threatened.
