Description | It is an annual herb occurring on sandy flats and slopes in fynbos. It is resilient to disturbance. |
Threats |
Coastal and lowland fynbos in the Western Cape are extensively transformed and fragmented due to historical loss to agriculture, urban expansion and coastal development, and loss continues. Many subpopulations are also threatened by competition from alien invasive plants. |
